So I’m Conor. I’m Irish and I have been living in Bangkok for 8 years now. I am from a small Irish village and I have been involved in sports, health and fitness since I was about 5 years old. I have always been someone who is driven, passionate and ambitious and I love to challenge myself.
I am a qualified Physical Education teacher, Irish language teacher, lifestyle coach, personal trainer and soon to be NLP coach and Nutrition coach.
I got in to the coaching world for a couple of reasons;
1. I wanted to be working with people and helping them achieve success in their life. It gives me energy and motivates me to be a better person.
2. I went through a journey myself where I was actually deeply unhappy with my lifestyle, I was low on confidence and I was just going around in circles. Then just one morning I woke up and thought “i’m not living like this anymore’ and I made the best decision of my entire life and quit alcohol. Doing this was the game changer for me and I can safely say that I have never been happier in my life. I am proud of myself, I am confident and I love my lifestyle. Of course there are things I need to tweak and refine but on the whole I am pleased with who I am as a person.
The reason I became a coach was to help people feel the way I did. What I realised over the years is that everyone has a different start point. This is why I have my build programs; build your body, build your mind, put alcohol in its place and build your lifestyle. Simply because these are the areas that I have mastered over my many years of experience both in my career and in my personal life.
